On the first column, Product ID is an automated field, so no need to input anything. However, product name, unit cost and quantity are empty fields that need to be input one by one accordingly. Under ‘Suppliers’ menu, The table will show as below. Again, Supplier ID is automated, as you add more suppliers details. Then, under products scroll down for the right product, input quantity bought, expected date received, actual date received and choose the order status whether the product is initiated/awaiting delivery/ delivered.

Customers and Sales Management
Inventory and sales management software can help us to keep track on how much stock is left after each sales. To manage it, we start with recording the list of our customers. Customer_ID is automated, so continue with filling in the First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number and Address of the customer. Then, choose the product that they purchase, input the transaction date, quantity sold, unit cost and the total cost. As you enter the quantity sold, on the far right column will show you the available quantity on hand.
